Bio:
Jason T. Douglas is the Chief Executive Officer of Lexington Regional Health Center, a role he assumed in March 2025. A Nebraska native from Clarks, Jason’s early experience with asthma inspired his career in healthcare. He earned his respiratory therapy degree from Methodist College in Omaha and began his leadership journey in York, NE. Over the past 25+ years, Jason has led multiple hospitals and health systems across the Midwest, including Mercy Hospital and Tamarack Health, where he spearheaded major initiatives in strategic planning, facility development, and patient care excellence. Prior to joining Lexington Regional, he worked as a healthcare consultant with Frontier Strategy Partners, focusing on rural and underserved communities.
