Mark Harrel currently holds the position of the ruralMED Health Network Board President, Chief Executive officer of Phelps Memorial Health Center of Holdrege, Nebraska, and Board President of Nebraska Provider Alliance L.L.C. As Board President, Harrel leads the meetings and holds a “big-picture” view of what the current members and future members will require of the Network. His expansive experience with critical access hospitals brings several ideas to the table as well as provides input that targets the vision and makes the objectives successful.
